I have mine set up so that I can have two PC's access the Internet using only one cable modem and no other networking equipment. I'm using CCProxy software to do this. That way two pc's can access the Internet simultaneously with only one connection. This also fascilitates file sharing between the computers without any additional network equipment.

Does anyone know if there is a software application that can run load balancing through windowsXP?

It would be pretty sweet to have both a cable modem connect on one network port and a DSL connect on the other...

dual ethernet is only really usefull in net sharing, or if you were trying at all cost to keep a local network off the internet (in which case you wouldnt share the net ;) but you would get net access on the one comp). I also havnt heard of any software solutions for shot gunning your cable connecton on one pc for windows. maybe linux?
