Dual DVI video card to dual link?

I know dua dvi and dual link are different BUT is it possible to take two DVI ports and turn it into one DUAL LINK DVI port. Basically, if you don't have a dual link DVI port but dual DVI ports, can you hook up that video card to a DELL 30" screen? 3000fpw?
