dual dvi or dvi + vga?

I am looking for dual monitor setup.
I only want cheap vid cards for this setup because its not going to a be gaming system.
Strickly used for office purpose.

I have experienced with dvi and vga dual monitor setup before but only with video card with dvi and vgs. But the display from the vga connection isn't crisp nor bright as dvi display.

Does dual dvi vid cards display the same in terms of quality?
Is there a card that display through vga connection as good as with dvi?

I saw this cheap one, Radeon X1650PRO 256MB, for $25 but it's not dual dvi.
Any of you have good experience with dual monitor setup with cheap card with (dvi + vga or dual dvi) ?

Lowest I found that has dual dvi to be at $60.

DVI is DVI. Whether it comes from a DVI + VGA card or a dual DVI card, both DVI ports will present the same picture quality. Some say nVidia and ATi provide different qualities of picture, but I don't see a difference.

I would go dual DVI. That would make the quality the same across both monitors (given the monitors offer the same quality display). Also, I don't think DVI + VGA cards offer dual monitor capabilities, but I could be wrong.

Another thing to keep in mind is the cost of DVI cables. 2 DVI cables will likely run you $15 to $20, so if you are on a tight budget, this has to be considered.

Also, dual DVI cards generally come with a DVI to VGA adapter, so you CAN still run in VGA if you need to.
