Dual Dual-Link Graphics card that's PCI or 1xPCI-E

The goal is to have 4 30" displays on one PC. So thee is one X16 PCI-E slot supporting 2 displays and so far, we had to add two additional PCI cards supporting 1 30" each.
The PCI cards, have so far been X1300 or X1550 from ATI, which means that the primary is also ATI as NVIDIA does has problems with this configuration.

I am looking for any single PCI or 1xPCI-E card that would support 2 Dual-Link ports, if it exists.
