I am running an evga Ti4200 wid card right now and I have a CRT in the VGA slot and a CRT in the DVI slot (with DVI-VGA adapter) and I am trying to run dual displays. It works just fine but what I want to do is run Counter Strike on screen one and AIM or a web browser on screen 2. Now I CAN currently do this but my problem is when I click on whatever I have displaying on screen 2 my game minimizes on screen 1. It's REALLY irritating. I was wondering if there was a fix for this or if possibly getting a new/diff card would fix my problem. I was looking at ATI's 9800 PRO using Hydravision but it never really touches this aspect of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK, you can't really do this. "Fullscreen" applications don't like you switching mouse/keyboard input away from them -- at that point they're no longer 'fullscreen' (it's effectively the same as hitting alt-tab on a single monitor setup). I have an ATI card and I get the same behavior, and I don't think there's a way around it with NVIDIA or Matrox either. It's just the way that Windows works (ie, it's all Microsoft's fault. :p)
