I use the 15" for Remote Desktop to run another computer. The problem is that the screen is set for 19" somehow, so there are scroll bars on the side and bottom that I have to use to see everything.

Is this just the way it goes?

I have a 9000 pro 128. It tries to put a 19" image on the 15" screen. The Help file is not helpful. It only tells how to change a setting, it does not tell what any of the settings do or why you would want to change them.

I have the 19" at 1152 x 864 and the 15" at 1024 x 768. If I set them both the same, nothing changes.

Adjusting the screen size settings on the 15" only shrinks the display area, without fitting the entire image into the screen.

'Extend my desktop onto this screen' is checked for the 15". If I uncheck it, everything moves to the 19" and the 15" turns off.

I can't think of anything else, but I don't know anything about videocards either.

I went into 'Display Properties' and selected the 'Settings' tab on the remote computer.

Under 'Screen resolution' it says 1152 x 864, which is what the 19" is set at. The slider is over on the left under 'Less.' It also won't allow me to change that setting.

When I go to the same place on the Main computer, it shows the Remote monitor at 1024 x 768. The slider is over on the right under 'More.' It allows me to change it to 800 x 600. When I change it everything on the 15" gets bigger, but it still won't fit on the screen.
