Dual display: switching between primary and secondary

Hi guys,

I've been using a dual display system for about a month now.
One of the monitors I have is Dell 2000FP (flat panel), the other one is Dell P1110 (CRT), and they are connected to DVI-D and D-Sub outputs of my Visiontek Geforce4 Ti 4600 videocard, respectively.

From my experience, the most common task in dual display management is switching monitors between "primary" and "secondary", depending on the application running (I am talking about fullscreen applications, of course.) For example, I want FPS games to run on the CRT screen because of the framerate, and I want to play DVD's on my flat panel screen because of it's brightness and color quality (side note: Dell 2000FP is the best flat panel display I ever seen, in this respect and many others).

That means, each time I have to access Display Properties panel, then click on "Settings" tab, then click on the icon of the monitor which I currently want to use as primary, then check the box "Use this device as the primary monitor", then press OK button.

Well, it may not sound like a big deal, but I'm starting to feel annoyed. Maybe I am too lazy :D

The solution I am looking for is some kind of a keyboard shortcut, which would allow me to switch both displays from primary to secondary and back. I looked hard into both standard WinXP display management tool and nview tool, and it seems neither of them would allow me to assign a shortcut for such task.

Does anyone know how to deal with this "problem"?
Thanks!
