Dual Display Question

Let's say I have a Radeon 9700 in my AGP slot connected to a 17" LCD, and some cheap PCI video card connected to a 15" LCD. Now I want to play a game on the 15" LCD connected to the crummy PCI video card. Does the game still utilize the Radeon 9700? Or is it now going to try to use only the PCI video card? Thanks

Windows doesn't usually know what it's doing. A lot of 3d games won't even work because it won't think you can support DirectX. I just disable the second monitor while i'm playing. I have a utility called Ultramon by realtimesoft.com that lets me double click an icon in the system tray and it basically turns the second monitor off and on, but it also saves window locations.
