Dual Display Problems

I currently have an ATI All In Wonder Radeon card in my system. I just purchased a cheap ATI Rage Mobility card in order to enable using the dual display function (I have two lcd monitors). I installed the second card, but it is encountering error code 12:

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

I have tried moving it to different pci slots but it does not fix the problem

In the resources tab, all it says is:

"Resource settings:
This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use.
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system." From this window, I am not able to allocate additional resources to this device. Is there a way i can do that manually? Someone else on another forum indicated that allocating more resources solved his problem, I just don't know how to.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

I was hoping that when it was installed, it would allow me to go to display settings and choose extended desktop... but it only shows one monitor.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I don't want to let the second monitor go to waste.

Thanks so much,
-Keith
