Dual Display Problem

I've got a problem. I'm trying to run multiple monitors from one laptop and play a dvd on all of the screens including the laptop. All of the monitors display everything except video playback. Only one will do that by switching back and forth between primary display. This is on an ATI card by the way. Is there anyway to play the dvd on both the external monitors and the laptop screen at the same time with ATI drivers??

i have not experienced with multimonitor (well i use my tv to display winamp but i do not consider that, a pc monitor, only 800x600 and not readeable text :-|) but i have heard great things about a software called Ultramon whch is supposed to be the best. I have also heard that ati drivers are the worst for multimonitor purposes.

i use an ati rradeon 9700 pro

in my experience, you can't do this with ati. stretching or cloning of video to multiple screens is a no no.
