dual crt card

i'm looking for a new card or cards for my dual crt setup.i'm currently using a matrox g550
with 19" and 15" crts
i'd like to get a bit of performance on the 19" monitor for gaming and retain good 2d quality for digital photos etc.whats the best card or 2 cards for this purpose thanks

How much you want to spend. Do you want ATI or Nvidia. Both of them pretty much all the cards available have dual monitor capabilities.

i don't mind ,i'm looking for good 2d picture quality with a bit of performance thrown in .good bang for buck without going crazymoney.if they have dvi-out can that connect to 2nd crt .how do i know which ones support 2 crts?there seems to be thousands of models its bewildering

Circuit City had the ATI 9800 for around $200 if your store has any available. Otherwise a Nvidia FX5900 non ultra is around $220. Under $200 check out the FX5700Ultra from
Nvidia or ATI 9600XT. Price don't matter then Nvidia 5900Ultra or ATI 9800Pro

does the dvi plug do crt as well is that it?

They should come with a DVI>VGA adaptor, but yea the DVI port on those cards are DVI-I which carries both DVI-digital and analog signals and support analog CRT's with the adaptor.

THey don't come w/ a DVI > Analog adapter... Having bought a GF4 and a 9800 Pro, both retail, neither came w/ those.

Perhaps, but I've purchased several retail and OEM radeon cards, every single one of them(that have a DVI port) came with the DVI>VGA adaptor but all were BBA cards also. My refurb Sapphire 8500le did not come with the adaptor. You'll want to check.

My 9800np that I bought from Circuit City this week came with an adaptor. I imagine all of Circuit Citys 9800np's do at least then.
