I am having a little problem. I have a Matsonic 7070SD dual p3 motherboard. Right now I have only one p3 cpu in it, and the other socket just has a terminator card. The manual says I need this thing called an APICS card that allows dual cpu function, there is a socket for it on my board, but I can't get a response from Matsonic nor find it on ebay. What do I do? Does anyone know where to get it or have it? I really want to squeeze more out of this older computer by adding another 100 dollar p3 cpu and doing some smp.

Thanks

It's APIC, not APICS. Stands for Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller. It allows the single set of IRQs to work with two different processors (there's apparently a local APIC on the processors and an I/O APIC which is this card). I don't know where you can get one.
