Dual Core Useage

Maybe its just me but if im running a spyware program should my useage be at 80% for both cores? wouldnt 1 core be idle and the other at 80-100%? Or is there something I dont have setup right. Just thought it would be a lil different.

The windows scheduler utilises both cores unless you set affinity to a specific core. Also to run at 80% the application must be somewhat SMP aware.

Check the graphs within Task Manager

Well runnin prime95 bench and a installation shows little to no loss in my prime bench times so I guess I should be happy? And I got this puppy to 2.45 without even sweating. I will have a somewhat similar system to you after today Rich when my GTO2 gets here and a Overclock that to the moon.
