Dual Core Update Trouble

I just flashed my BIOS & swapped out my 146 to a 175 Opty. Everything was fine until I Installed the CPU Driver 1.3.2.0 which now I find I didn't even need to do. It bluescreens with a Page fault in non paged area. System restore is off from having previous space problems & forgot to re-instate it. This is on XP Home, sp2. I do have an old restore point in Dantz from January & tried it on the auto exec bat etc. but no good. Can anyone tell me what & where this driver is installed to & maybe a way to change it back or re install the old one? Thans for any help.
