Dual Core patch for Call of Duty 2!!

Although it appears to have been designed for Intel dual core processors, it seems to have corrected the scripting errors on my X2 4400 as well as providing a performance boost. Previously I had to set affinity to one processor but everything seems to run fine and somewhat smoother now with both cores enabled.
 
I'll bench this if I get a chance later tonight. I've got a decent timedemo made of the Tank Hunt level (Russian army, fixing the phone wire).
