Dual core cpus and Vcore

Just noticed that on my 805 rig, the vcore drops kinda low when I do any encoding work. The normal vcore is 1.3 but its dropped to 1.2 on occasion. I've got a good FSP 500 watt PSU so I was wondering if its normal for the vcore to drop like that. It seems to fluctuate between 1.2 and 1.288 according to Asus Probe. Below is the link to the PSU:

The 805 sucks so much power, this is common That why they are hard to OC well, since you need a $200 mobo to OC them.
