Dual core and SLI on 2000?

Well, with all these price drops that will be coming along, I think I'm going to finally make the plunge to a dual core CPU (X2 3800/4200 or Opty 165). That said, I'm a 2000 fanboy, you might say. I was just wondering if either SLI (yes, I know this is the OS forum) or dual core support is in 2000. I could buy an XP if I really needed to, but I just like 2000 better than XP, and was curious if I'd be able to still use it for dual core. Thanks in advance!

Dual Core CPUs should work fine, Win2K won't know it's dual core vs 2 physical sockets but it shouldn't matter.

As for SLI, I would imagine it would depend on the drivers support for Win2K since the cards seperately will work fine if you have the slots.
