Thats actually a pretty good deal. You pretty much get the mobo for free.

2xx Opterons are quite spendy, it wouldn't be much cheaper (though you could likely do faster for the money).

The real budget champ right now is a dual core Opteron OC'd to FX-60 levels.

You can get FX-60 performance out of a CPU that costs 1/3 or less as much.
