Dual Channel vs Triple Channel for CORE i7

I was debating on getting 3GBs of Corsair Dominator DDR3-1600 (Triple)

or

some really nasty 4GBs of DDR3-1600 (Dual 2gb x 2 sticks)

I looked up the benchmarks of the triple channel memory and there's was barely 1-2% difference.

Any thoughts??
