Holy crap! That's a big difference right there. What's an IGP anyways?
I have Gigabyte GA-7VRXP (KT333) right now. I've been more than happy with this motherboard. It's been rock stable and never gave me any kind of problems, but I got some money few days ago so I was wondering if I should just get another stick of RAM or upgrade a motherboard to get Dual Channel... Hmmm

Athlon XP 2000+
Samsung 256MB PC2700 "CTL" RAM (I just bought a Kingston 512MB PC2700 HyperX PC2700 RAM though)
PNY GeForce3 Ti200
Gigabyte GA-7VRXP
Western Digital 80GB Special Edition
SoundBlaster Audigy Gamer
So how much of an improvement am I looking at by upgrading to Nforce2 with 2 Sticks of 256MB PC2700 RAM?
5%? 10%?

Dual Channel is very over valued if you aren't running the integrated graphic. But ofcourse more RAM gives you a faster computer.
