Basically i have the 8rda+ duh and am getting either
2x256 twinmos/winbong bh-5 $100
2x256 ch-5 $120 or
1 stick of the 512mb ch-5. $100

Is it worth the extra $20 for cul channel? I mean whats the huge difference i would see if any?

probably not.. around a 5% increase from what I heard. If it was an intel board (800 mhz fsb) the dual channel would make a lot of difference but for nforce2 not much IMO.

Yeah about 2-5% is what I heard, for AMD.

i know amd, but i dont know intel. for amd the pc3200 = 200 and that is ddr so it is really 400 and their fore fits into the 400mhz fsb. SO if 400mhz memory combined with dual channel ddr on a intel platform, would that equal a 800mhz fsb? so pc3200 is the "correct" speed for a 800mhz fsb?
