dual channel ram

If your MB is like mine, you should have color coded DIMM slots. Usually 1 & 3 will be one color and 2 & 4 will be another.

You should use 1 & 3 or 2 & 4 for Dual Channel.

I want to upgrade my RAM on my system but I can't find any Mushkin PC 3500 LV II RAM. What are my options? My spec are listed below. Will I be able to slap a second dual pack of 2 X 512 in my system and run it in dual channel?

Hmm, you're running a Pentium System. I haven't had a Pentium in years so I can't really help on this, besides, I think you need DDR2 Memory and not DDR.

That'll be a clear case of RTFM, because that's entirely dependant on the mainboard layout. Typically, you'll have to put your DIMM pairs into adjacent slots. Also, on DDR2, you need to populate the slots farthest from the RAM controller chips first.

If the DIMM slots are named A1, A2, B1, B2, I'd say you go for A1 and B1 first ... but that's just an educated guess. Read The Fupplied Manual 😉
