I've a question, whenever i run PCMark05, my rig hangs during Memory Write whenever i've 2x 512MB Corsair VS (running on dual channel) but 1x 512MB Corsair VS (tested both individually) is ok. Memory read is ok for all test.... strange..

My rig:

Athlon64 3000+ (265x9=2385MHz, 1.6v)
Asus A8N-SLI
Winfast PX6600GT
2x 512MB Corsair VS RAM (2.5-4-3-7-1T, 2.7v)
Enermax 460W
Thermaltake Shark casing
Thermalright XP-90 w/ thermaltake 90mm fan

Pls advise what did i do wrong....

Is there anyway for me to disable Dual Channel in Asus A8n-SLI? In Asus website, it was certified... ???

Single channel / dual channel is wired to the RAM sockets.. I don't think you can disable it...

Will it run if you put sticks in single channel sockets?

then don't worry about, its probably a coding error with pcmark05, like the athlon64 bug with aquamark3 that needed the patch

but you should test with memtest overnight
