Dual Channel question?

Right now I have 2 Corsair XMS 512 modules, I'm wondering if I can get different ram for the second pair and still run Dual Channel with my A64 board and Venice 3000+ chip.
 
it will. but, you have to run everything at the same settings, e.g. you have 2.5-3-3-6 now, and you buy 2-2-2-5. everything must run at 2.5-3-3-6, meaning it would be a waste to get that 2-2-2-5 memory.
 
If I have a pair of 512 PC3200 RAM (200) OC'ed to PC4400 (275) and I put a second pair of the same RAM in could I OC it to the same speed or is it some special case since all 4 DIMMs are used?
