Dual Channel Problem with Biostar 6100

So i'm using the socket 939 Biostar 6100-m9. All the ram slots work with 3200 ddr ram. However, when i try to run 2x 512 in slots 1 and 2, it doesn't work. Is there a solution for this? thanks
