Dual Channel Memory - Which Slots?

Ok, newb question here...

I have this motherboard: ASUS P5Q
and this memory: Gskill 2x2GB

There are four slots on the motherboard (yellow black yellow black) and I have two sticks of memory. My question - does it matter which slots the memory goes in, and if so which slots should I use?
