I'm looking to buy a Dell 700M notebook, which has the Intel® Pentium® M Processor 725 (1.60 GHz/400MHz FSB) CPU.
I'm not sure if the dual channel memory config is available for notebooks - and what the suitable memory will be for a notebook. Is dual channel even available for Intel notebooks?
Since the CPU has a 400 Mhz bus, will PC2100 RAM be good enough? I know manufacturers seem to bundle PC2700 memory as standard - which memory will be right if I want to upgrade later?
TIA
