Dual C2D or C2Q possible?

So as the tittle says, anyone know of a Core2Duo or Core2Quad mob that can run 2 of these babies together?

you know like the good old times with Dual P3 1000, or AMD Opetron 285 (x2)

I'm planning to setup a Dual Core2Quad just for the fun of having 8 cores running

if for "technical" reasons Dual C2Q are not possible, then another good alternative is Dual C2Duo

Apparently it seems like only the Xeon version of the C2D can do this, which kinda sucks, since those mobo and CPU goes for like twice the price of the regular ones

Xeons are your only option.

The 45 nm Xeons will put a couple of dual socket quads within "normal" CPU prices.

The "V8" demo is just a dual Xeon system (quad-core Xeons).
