I have two of those Dual Burner Frying Plates (Or what ever the proper name for them is) They go over two burners and allow you to basically fry on your stove top when I bought them I was at a place that had Gas ranges but the new place I'm at has electric ranges One of them is brand new and it does not say any where or have a warning that specifically says "Do not use with electric range" in fact it has no instructions at all. I just want to know if It will ruin the dual burner fry things or the stove or worse burn down my apartment

Here are two images of the product that I'm talking abut since I really don't know what to call it

No it isn't safe.

If you get it within about 5 feet of an electric range, it will likely implode and then start spewing molten metal out in all directions. You will surely die.

sigh... works fine... just watch the 'big burner little burner' effect... one side gets hotter a lot faster...
