Dual booting XP Pro and X64

how hard is it to dual boot Windows XP Pro and Windows X64?

I have a 160gb seagate sata partitioned into (2) 80gb sections with Windows XP Pro currently loaded on c:

what are the steps to install X64 RC2 onto the second partition?

You should be able to boot from the xp AMD64 disc and choose to install it on the second partition. What's happening that this isn't working for you?
