Dual Booting XP and Linux

I have a 400GB HDD having Windows XP installed on it on a 20 GB primary partition.
On second HDD of 160 GB, I had kept 60 GB RAW and installed OpenSUSE 10.3 on it.
I don't know much about Linux and installed it only to learn it. It created a 20GB ext2 partition and a 40GB ext3 partition. Now since my 400GB HDD is the first HDD and 160 one is the second hard disk, I have to manually change the HDD order from BIOS in order to run Linux.
How can I make my system a Dual Boot one?
Moreover I connect to Internet through my ADSL modem using PPPoE in XP. How can I use this connection to the Internet in Linux? 😕
