dual booting win98 and win2k

I would like to dual boot win98SE and win2k. I have one 20.5 gig hard drive and partition magic 5.0. and maybe later on, I might add linux. but for now, how do I install and dual boot win98/2k and have my system flexible enough to accomodate mandrake in the future?
