I would like to dual boot both a 32 bit and 64 bit version of vista but still have access to all the files on either os.

Is this possible?

C&C3 won't run on x64, and that is the main game I play currently :)

I'm mainly just wondering from a technical standpoint if it is possible.

See here many people have gotten it to run fine. The primary issue seems to be the retail version includes a dvd check which isn't Vista 64 compatible while the game itself is (talk about shooting yourself in the foot EA...)

Other than their marketing department, EA is kinda lame... this doesn't surprise me.

Its running fine for me. I am running Vista64-I run the game in XP compatability mode, have my game shortcuts set to run as admin, have the no cd for the latest patch (which is where the main problem seems to lie-the other stuff I did just in case)

I also am running 158.45 drivers which are for me the best so far.

It is surprising since this is a game that is released well into 2007 and after the release of Vista and yet they are not supporting it? They should be doing all they can to get it to work fine. Oblivion has been out far longer then this game and it runs great with vista
