dual boot?

I built a new system, Kept the old SSD(had win 7 OS on it) and hard drive for gaming and storage respectively . I have a Asrock z97 extreme 6 and have installed 8.1 in the m.2 card without any problems. When I start the computer it asks which OS I want to start and I choose 8.1 . I have since formated the "old" SSD to use for games but 8.1 still asks which OS i want to load. My question is how to go right to 8.1 without the "which OS"

Thanks

Use MSCONFIG. Under the "BOOT" tab is the OS startup option and i dont know if you select the "set default" button if it would skip the OS screen at boot-up or not. I think you can just delete the other option Off of the list (win 7) without harming it. Then I'm assuming that if you want to keep the old OS you should just be able to change the boot order in BIOS to boot back into your old OS.... report back I'm curious.
