The title should tell you what I want. I am planning on a dual boot using XP and Vista. I have vista business and home premium coming in a few weeks as OEM upgrades. I already have XP Pro and XP MCE.

My idea is to mix a business OS with a home media OS...I just don't know which mix would be better.
1) XP MCE and vista business
2) XP pro and vista home premium

I haven't thought about the same ones (XP MCE and VHP, XP Pro and VB) but if the experts think that would be a better alternative I will do it.

What do you suggest? Why? I know the ATers won't let me down :D

Thanks

Alex

Well, if it makes any difference, XP MCE has basically all the features of XP pro plus the media center interface. Vista Premium, however, does not have all of the features of Vista Business.

So, in terms of most features available: Vista Business, XP MCE.

Can you not dual boot Vista business AND Vista Home Premium?

Or do you need XP for a specific reason?

Except that Vista's Media Center is way better than XP MCE.
Way.

Back to square one then.... so, you would suggest XP pro and vista home premium?

Yeah. What exactly do you need that Vista Home Premium can't do though?
