Dual Boot Xp pro and PCLinuxOS 2007, Cant resize partition after install

I decided to give more space to pclinuxos so I resized the windows partition to all 7 more gigs to be free. Then in Qparted I clicked on the ext3 partition that pclinux is on but when i select resize it does not show that there is anymore free space to add to the partition. Any ideas?

here the 7.07 gigs is what i want to add to the pclinuxos partition
