Dual Boot WIn98SE & Win2000

My system is dual boot between Win98SE & Win2k in different partition.
Now, I want to remove my Win2K, but keep my Win98SE in partition C.
I can simply format the Win2k partition, but this will not remove the Win2k from the boot menu in partition C, which is my Win98SE system.
Is there any simple way to fix this ?

Edit the boot.ini file to remove the W2K option
