Dual boot Win2k and Win2k server possible?

Is it possible to dual boot a Win2k and Win2k server? I have enough hd space and partition so that wouldn't be an issue. Thanks for any advice.
 
Different partitions may be better, if you can spare the space. Otherwise, one bad move could blow both installs away.
