I want to setup win2k and 98 se on my hd in a dual boot setup but i am not sure how. Do i need to make two seperate partitions or do i just install one os and then install the other?

How big is the hard drive?

First I would keep the Win 98SE and Win2k on seperate partitions, so no confusion later.

I would install Win 98SE, finish that up. Then I would drop in Win2k on another partition. You should be fine. Use google as a resource tool to walk you through.

I would also install Win98SE first, and then let Win2K make a second partition for you.
You have to decide if you want Win2k to be in FAT32 or NTFS cause the Win98SE partition will not be able to read an NTFS partition, so if you want some space for your Win98SE, make sure you give it enough space to add apps for the FAT32 partition.

Here's a good site to help you through the dual boot process.
