Dual Boot Question-converting partitions

Ausm

Lifer
I am currently dual booting Win ME and Win2K. I originally had two FAT32 partitions each containing one of the previous mentioned OS's

The question is can I convert the Win2k OS Partition and still coincide with the WinME OS?

Can I convert to NTFS on the Win2K partition WITHOUT loosing data?

I do not have PM 5.0 is there a utility to accomplish this in Win2K?

You can convert any FAT/FAT32 partition/s into NTFS by using the command convert d: /fs:ntfs

You will retain all data in the converted partition/s.

Only Win2k can read NTFS partition, but not WinME.

You can't reconvert NTFS back to FAT/32. (Rummor has it that Partition Magic 5.0 could convert NTFS back to to FAT/32 partition)
