Dual Boot Linux/Win2K Questions...

I just ordered a new hard drive because I want to run a dual linxu/win200 system. Would the best way to go be to install win2k on the primary hard drive, then install Linux (probably mandrake8.0) on the secondary drive, and lastly put the lilo booter back on the win2k drive(primary)?? Would that allow me to boot both os's? And also any other suggestions on a Linux distro??

Your proposed setup would work. You can also add Linux to the Win2K boot menu, but that has it's inconviniences.

Mandrake 8 is good for starters.

And yes, do a forum search.
