Dual boot: Install 98 after 2000?

I did a search for this and didn't get anything. My work laptop has windows 2000 and connects to the network using Novell. When I take the laptop home and try to connect to my home LAN the computer itself and internet run extremely slow. I don't know why it is doing this, probably related to Novell, so I figured I would dual boot instead. My Windows 2000 partition is NTFS. Is there a way I can partition the drive and install Windows 98 and setup a dual boot? Thanks.
