Dual Boot: 98SE and 2K

I had Win98SE, and did a Fresh Install of 2K because a friend of mine who is more knowledgable in this area than I told me not to do an upgrade. When I did this, Win 2K installed itself in C:\WINNT folder, so I still have my C:\Windows directory, which has Windows 98 SE. As a result, I dual Boot. (BTW, the C Drive is still FAT32) Can I just open up Windows Explorer from within 2K and delete the 98 Directory and then edit the boot.ini file to remove the Dual Boot function without fear of odd side effects? thanx

Should be able to do just that. Sounds like you are on the right track, as long as you do not want Win98 anymore.
