dual boot, 2 HDD's, red hat linux, win98se, how?

Yeah, I got to seperate physical harddrives, one I want to use for linux to mess around with, the other windows, is it possible? will they be able to see eachother? I don't know about you, but i personally don't feel like changing jumpers and connections everytime i wanna switch, help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
