What are the things I'd need to do to achieve a dual XP system? What motherboards is this posible on?

Also, people have said that dual processors is slower in some things and faster in others. I know it's faster but why is it slower in some things? What are these things they are slower and faster in?
 
Just connect the L5 bridge...
It's slightly slower in some apps because of bus transfer overheard, but almost all of the time it will have at least some noticable increase.
