I was wondering which, if any, dual AMD boards read their temps straight off the processor internal diode instead of reading an in-socket thermistor? Thanks in advance for an answer to this question.
I think MOST of them do. Look at where the CPU gos and see if there is something sticking up, like on most single boards. If not then that is a good hint it looks from the CPU.
My Asus 760MPX reads from the on-die. I am selling it right now on the F/S forum and will probable break the bank and get a MSI 760MPX board.
