Dual amd and Folding@home how to setup?

How is the best way to setup folding@home for dual AMD's ? I am thinking of changing to 2 x 2500+ @ 2ghz. Do you run 2 instances and if so how?
 
yeah, you have to run 2 clients.......just put the switch -local at the back of both of them
 
You need to have two CLIs in separate folders, run with the -local switch, as Bgeh says. Also, when you configure each one for the first time, choose the advanced options and set the machine ids to be different (1 for the 1st client, 2 for the 2nd).
