Dual 22 inch monitors

Hey guys, my friend has just offered to buy my Dell 2405fpw for $550 and so I was considering purchasing two 22 inch monitors to replace my dell. There is no way I could take a significant "quality" drop from the 2405, but I really want to have dual monitors and I wouldnt mind gaming on a 22 inch anyways, considering I could drop the resolution down to 1680x1050, run at native, and get better framerates.

I've looked for info on 22 inchers, but everything I find seems to come from old reviews from late 2006, early 2007. Can any recommend me a good quality 22 inch monitor to get that would be comparable to my 2405, that wouldnt run me over $600 or so?

Well I chose to get two 22" rather than one big one myself. Could never go back to single monitor. I recommend the Samsung 226cw. I love them. My ONLY gripe is the stand they come on. I'm used to being able to adjust the height and so forth. But other than that I love these guys. If I upgraded it would probably be to the 24" version of them both if there is one out there. I haven't checked. 🙂
