Dual 2.4 Xeon's and Windows XP

Quick question, I just recieved my Asus PC-DL and Dual 2.4GHz Xeons but I'm waiting on my power supply.

With Hyper Threading enabled how many CPU's will the OS see?
 
What version of WinXP are you running?

Pro will only see two, if I recall. You would need a Server OS to see any more than that (you should of course see 4 CPUs).
