Dual 120mm fan questions

So my HAF 912 has dual top 120 fans, i have the rear one set as exhaust to exhaust my CPU fan heat, and the front one as intake for my CPU fan. Is this a good setup?

you could cheaply fill up all the fan slots if you wanted to
